Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation policy for design projects, deposits and website care plans at Design With Usman.
1. Our commitment
We want every client to be happy with their project. Because design work is custom and time-based, refunds are handled according to the stage of the project, as described below.
2. Deposits
The initial 50% deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers discovery and strategy work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any work has started, we will refund the deposit in full.
3. Cancellation during a project
If you cancel during the project, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date based on the milestones in your Proposal. Any amount paid beyond completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
4. Completed projects
Once final files are delivered or a website is launched and approved, payments are non-refundable. We will, however, fix any errors in our work free of charge during the 30-day support period.
5. Care plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@designwithusman.com with your name, project and reason. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
